IBE，又称The Notorious IBE，全程为The Notorious International Breakdance Event——国际技术性街舞大赛，是一项在国际上和Battle Of The Year、Red Bull BC One齐名的街舞赛事，参赛团体来自全世界各个国家和地区，是全世界BBOY的盛宴。The Notorious IBE也是一场Music - Dance - Culture Festival，融合了音乐、舞蹈和文化为一体的嘉年华。

中国知名Bboy Danny曾在2005年夺得当届IBE Cypher冠军。

今晚21:00，为期三天的The Notorious IBE 2016盛会将在荷兰的海尔伦开幕，这也是继World Bboy Classic(WBC)之后，荷兰第二次举办世界级街舞盛会。同时，The Notorious IBE 2016也是本年度Undisputed 世界Bboy大师系列赛的第五场比赛，Breaking 1V1的冠军，将获得Undisputed 世界Bboy大师赛的参赛资格。
